Configuration

Put an end to the recurring costs of installation. More than 400m2  of space for stock and labs allows us to configure hardware in a standardized way before   delivery to the customer. Installation, configuration, connections, tests, labelling : each configuration delivered  is ready for use. The standardized preparation reduces the time of reinstallation in case of failure or accident. Released from these tasks, the IT manager can focus on the projects linked to the competitiveness and the productivity of his company.

Maintenance

Over the years, our manufacturers have developped services for covering   hardware faults for 3, 4 or 5 years  in return for the payment of a financially attractive all-inclusive fee. We choose therefore to entrust the maintenance and the warranty service to the manufacturer, while we remain the single point of contact. We supervise the registration of warranty extensions, the opening and the follow-up of technical dossiers. The customer will get the best protection without having to deal with the heavy and laborious  procedures found in  big organizations such as HP or IBM.
